Through Pragsertal - Itinerary

From Hotel Asterbel the cross-country trail leads through the valley of Braies to Ponticello and again to return. Then downhill to Segheria and through Pragsertal to the farm Fitscher. Back to Segheria, from where you can reach Lake Braies. On the left side of the road along the cross-country track is back in Pragsertal and uphill to the starting point.
